This position is for Daimler Coaches North America. Preferred location is New Jersey, however the candidate can be located anywhere in the territory which includes CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, VA and WV.We Take Care of Our Team
This position offers:
Starting pay of $20.00/hr. up to top pay of $35.00/hr.*

What You Drive at DCNA
Plan customer and service partner visits in collaboration with the Product Support Manager.
Advice and support customers and service partners in an assigned area for all service and maintenance topics.
Help with and perform troubleshooting (with Daimler Trucks Diagnostics System) on customer coaches. Help with and perform repairs on customer coaches. Write damage reports on customer complaints.
Develop and test repair solutions under the supervision of the Product Support Manager.
Check customer fleet for open campaigns and recalls before visit and get those open campaigns and recalls done.
Document all repairs/campaigns and recalls with the appropriate forms as well as the hours (work and travel) in a timely manner.
Help Customers and Service Partners with questions to BusDoc documentation.
Knowledge You Should Bring
High School Diploma AND 5 years' experience in workshop setting
Ability to understand and to explain complex technical product in detail
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
2 years coach/bus experience
Must have own, basic hand tools
Basic computer skills
Ability to read and understand technical documents and electrical schematics
High level of personal and professional integrity, honesty, and accountability.
CDL with P endorsement a plus (can be obtained during employment with DCNA)
Relocation assistance will be provided to selected candidate if living outside the job location.
