Carrier Enterprise sells residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through dealers (independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier products to residences and businesses in their respective markets).

To ensure your success, Carrier Enterprise offers a comprehensive on-the-job Management Trainee Program. The program is designed to give newly hired professionals the skills they need to be successful, including:

• Orientation to Carrier Enterprise's values and culture
• Product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
• On the job training, rotational assignments and job shadowing in various departments including but not limited to: Warehouse Operations and Logistics, Branch Counter Engagement, and Inside Sales Development

After successful completion of the Management Trainee Program, you will be offered the opportunity to transition to a management role in our organization, which may include: Branch Manager, Warehouse Manager, Inside Sales, or a Support Role. You will have the ability to implement, demonstrate and maintain the highest level of customer service in the industry.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You must be creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious, enthusiastic, and have a strong interest in sales or marketing
• Prior work experience and/or internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus
• Prior knowledge/experience in the HVAC industry and/or distribution is a plus
• 4-Year Degree in a business or technical related field
