Our Graphic Designer will collaborate with a high-energy, cross-functional team to create dynamic, effective brand stories. Responsible for helping guide these stories through execution, the Graphic Designer will craft visual design solutions. Working in agile scrum framework focusing on delivering value to the consumer through direct and indirect eCom. Continuous experimentation and collaboration to improve graphic elements across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceive, create and develop innovative design solutions for eCom direct and indirect sites, online merchandising, digital marketing collateral and other brand communication materials that meet and exceed overall marketing objectives.

  • Responsible for developing visual assets for all online marketing touchpoints

  • Executes design and visual communication for campaigns for online assets

  • Formats incl: Organic SoMe, eCom, email, Paid social, digital adverts.

  • Coordinating with 3rd party agencies when needed.

  • Approving visual content to ensure it is in line with brand visual guidelines

  • Assisting in conceptualizing and creating social media content and paid assets

  • Develops graphics to fit digital formats (mainly cropping images)

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and technologies.

  • Explore designs that continue to push the envelope, while maintaining global brand identity standards.

  • Develop mock-up samples for presentations, including digital renderings.

  • Collaborate with and integrate direction from Director, eCommerce to hone concepts and layouts. Explore and conduct research where needed to gain knowledge and insights for concept development. Continuous hunger for improvement and experimentation with conducting A/B testing of visual execution. Responding to change in swift flexible manner when priority shifts based on the opportunity impact in Americas market.

  • Communicate and present multiple concepts and design solutions to Director, eCommerce and Marketing team for review.

Experience & knowledge:

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and marketing collateral

  • Agency experience, and/or corporate experience desired

  • Experience in conducting A/B testing of visuals

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Awareness of trends

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Mastery of Mac-based design applications, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, PDF, and MS Office

  • Photo editing and product photography capabilities

  • Basic understanding of HTML

  • Strong layout design capabilities

  • Understanding of key KPIs in digital marketing

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines

  • Understanding or knowledge of Agile or Scrum working framework

  • Ability to quickly and cleanly craft and execute physical mock-ups

  • Expert understanding of branding, typography, composition, color theory and other design principles applied to graphics, animation/motion.
