What this job involves - The Business Support, Concierge will be responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Business Support, Concierge will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
What is your day to day? Enthusiastically greet/ host and provide support to guests, visitors, and employees. Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality. Take initiative to proactively address guest needs and answer questions. Answer all in-coming calls and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Service as main of contact for all packages/deliveries Pick-up, drop-off, prepare postage/labels for mail/UPS/FedEx, courier services, etc. Respond and follow through to requests for information and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision Maintain all conference rooms for cleanliness / reserve conference rooms, including ordering and/or setup Order, maintain and organize all kitchen and office supplies Resolve problems associated with all building services including janitorial, mailroom, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms. Assists with the coordination and scheduling of office/building maintenance activities Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers Any and all other duties and tasks assigned
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM
Desired experience and technical skills
Required High School diploma, state equivalent, or GED equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Strong verbal and written communications skills Strong team player with a "can-do" attitude Excellent customer service skills Ability to identify issues and solutions Ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time
