Job Title: Director of Integrated Health, Derm Online + Offline, Business Development, CeraVe and La Roche-Posay

Division: L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty

Location: Remote

Reports To: AVP, Integrated Health

What You Will Do:

The Derm O + O Director will be responsible for identifying and driving business for LDB brands (CeraVe & La Roche-Posay) by ensuring premium visibility and integration with dermatology practices and programs both online and offline. They will partner with Marketing, the L'Oreal Derm Team, and other cross functional partners to:

  • Identify and Develop Partnerships with Telehealth platforms-
    • Stay on the forefront of the rapidly evolving telehealth market to identify platforms where dermatological care is being delivered.
    • Understand reimbursement landscape to identify platforms that are covered by medical benefits.
    • Develop partnerships with platforms to ensure premium visibility of LDB brands and provide tools for efficient recommendation.
    • Monitor utilization of tools, recommendation share, ROI
  • Develop and maximize partnerships with Large Dermatology Groups-
    • Uncover opportunities with large dermatology groups (20 locations or more) to assure growth of specified CeraVe and La Roche-Posay recommendations and utilization.
    • Develop, coordinate, and implement strategic business plan for targeted accounts.
    • Partner with c-suite executives to create programming that inspires targeted recommendation of LDB portfolio.
    • Coordinate with LDB colleagues on full portfolio opportunities
  • Develop online destination for the Dermatology & Retail Alliance-
    • Work with internal LUSA stakeholders on the development of a gated website that serves as an online destination for those involved in the Dermatology & Retail Alliance
    • Develop and house tools on the site that serve to expand access to dermatological care and expertise through retail.
  • Identify advancements in dermatological digital health
    • Stay on the forefront of the development of AI tools, diagnostic devices, etc. in the dermatology space.
    • Understand the process of FDA approval/clearance of these tools
    • Identify opportunities to position LDB brands with relevant tools

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in the medical space
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • MS Office
  • Proficient in analyzing data to identify opportunities to develop business
  • B2B medical relations
  • Knowledgeable about OTC products and clinical science
  • Knowledgeable about tools to support comprehensive patient care
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Can develop and position strategies and tactics to develop key high level relationships with telehealth and dermatology executives to identify financial growth opportunities and develop sound business and targeting plans
  • Ability to develop business case including market/financial opportunity
  • Ability to work with many internal stakeholders across various departments including sales and marketing to execute programs
  • Outside the box thinking to find innovative ideas to drive success
  • Strong communication and internal and external presentation skills
  • Can communicate very complex concepts clearly
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
  • Willing to travel 15% of the time
