Job Summary:

This position supports commercial business for two brands: Yves Saint Laurent, and Giorgio Armani. The position is responsible for preparing various financial schedules and related reports for the budget, trend, and actuals. This requires operating across diverse and varied systems (Compass, SAP, DPM, LEAP (trade spend planning tool), Magnitude and Excel) and business partnering with key stakeholders including but not limited to sales, marketing and COE teams.

Areas of responsibility to manage, forecast and analyze include:

  • Weekly Net Sales with Sales/Ops teams
  • Gross to Net Trade Spend Management (In-Store Deck, Catalog, Retailer.com Allowance, Markdowns) including leading a monthly call with the National Accounts team to review spend LE vs budget
  • Official Month End and Trend Reporting in Compass/Magnitude
  • Review of sets + finished goods routing in DPM
  • Liaison between Brand Controller, Sales Ops, and BEST Team to exchange data and insights
  • Responsible for managing cost control and conducts budget meetings with departmental and brand managers. Analyze assigned brand/division results comparative to budget/trend forecast and provide explanation of significant variances. Perform special projects as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint is required; SAP/Compass very strong +)
  • Must possess strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen with ownership mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Must be a proactive team-player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.
