Supply Chain Operations Staff (SAP / Order Fulfillment / Logistics)

Location: preferred anywhere in the U.S. East Coast (EST)

As part of the JXO Global Operations Program Management organization, you will play a critical role for Supply Chain Operations, supporting Sales Order Fulfillment and Logistics systems and processes to drive revenue and growth. You will also manage system enhancements and issue resolution for Manufacturing, Inventory and Cost Management within Juniper's ERP system, working with multiple teams within SCO, as well as Finance, IT, Corporate Transformation teams and external Manufacturing Partners to deliver user efficiencies and business value in system and process design.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve and manage user issues/tickets for SAP support of Sales Order Fulfilment. Resolve or escalate tickets within required timeframes to support Juniper revenue and best possible customer experience.
  • Using knowledge of Supply Chain business processes, transactional systems, and data governance, gather and document requirements for strategic projects and system enhancements. Review requirements with IT for best design outcome.
  • Design test scripts for end-to-end user acceptance testing, perform testing and assist business users in completing testing. Follow up on resolution and retesting of bugs during UAT. Provide updates on UAT status.
  • Work with business teams to define success measures and cost benefits for projects and track adoption, ramp up and benefit attainment after Go-Live.
  • Recommend system enhancements to improve user experience, provide solutions for business strategic priorities, and fix bugs.
  • Manage projects and enhancements to agreed timeline, provide regular updates on progress, escalate risks and issues, work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
  • Enable and monitor correct system and application access for users based on their role.
  • Provide SME process and system input and support for Enterprise level projects or large projects initiated outside of Supply Chain
  • Provide user support for various systems, including some or all the following: SAP, Coupa, SmartContracts, Process Unity, Smartsheet, ServiceNow
  • Using knowledge of Tableau and EDP solutions, enable insights for business users based on quality data.

Requirements and skills

  • 10+ years' experience in Order Fulfilment, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Trade Compliance business roles
  • 10+ years' experience supporting SAP projects and users in a Subject Matter Expert, Program Management or Business Systems Analyst role.
  • Proven experience of learning new systems and applications
  • Analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in global user support role and ability to explain complicated issues in simple terms.
  • Excellent written English and ability to write clear instructional documentation.
  • Good MS PowerPoint and presentation skills

Minimum Salary: $108,900.00

Maximum Salary:$166,980.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $108,900.00 and $166,980.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
