Job Title: Juniper Partner Services, Partner Programs Manager

Reporting to: Director of Global Partner Programs

Location: Remote, United States

Overview: As the Partner Programs Manager, you will be the primary owner of our Juniper Networks Partner Service Programs and will be responsible for implementing, managing, and evolving our partner programs focused on services resale and support delivery. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Partner Programs, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the program's scalability, growth orientation, and operational efficiency while working directly with our Partner Account Managers, Service Partner Managers, and partners to ensure partner success via our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive project management development related to our partner service programs, defining, launching, and perfecting best-in-class partner programs.
  • Represent the program, its revenue impact, and partner profitability to internal stakeholders and the partner community.
  • Develop and execute plans to scope, pilot, assess, enhance, and scale partner program initiatives.
  • Collaborate with channels, operations, and finance to ensure support and alignment across the Juniper Channels Ecosystem.
  • Help identify the operational gaps where we need cross-functional resources to create new tools, functionality or process.
  • Assist in researching and identifying competitive opportunities and gaps in the partner program.
  • Work with the channel marketing team to understand and enhance partner enablement programs, certification requirements, promotions, and incentives that support the growth of our partner community.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to insert partner program-related updates in all internal and external communication vehicles and touchpoints.
  • Capture feedback from our partner field organizations and partner community on how we can enhance growth for partners.
  • Work closely with program operations to define, capture, and report on key program metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting partner marketing or partner programs, including program management in a global and cross-functional role.
  • Proven ability to manage numerous projects/work streams simultaneously and drive them to successful completion within tight timelines.
  • Demonstrated capacity to conceptualize, define, and implement large-scale projects/programs with limited oversight, cross-functional dependencies, and international implications.
  • Passionate about partners, possessing the drive to achieve results, and able to assume increasing responsibility in an evolving, global organization.
  • Strong track record of building positive relationships internally and with partners.
  • Self-starter with a continuous focus on identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying ideas and recommendations clearly, compellingly, and succinctly.

Minimum Salary: $108,900.00

Maximum Salary:$166,980.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $108,900.00 and $166,980.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
