Responsibilities:

Assist the firm COO by providing support with the following:

  • Oversee the operations of the firm to ensure efficiency and exceptional client service.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that encompass M&A activities, Real Estate management, and Finance operations.

  • Lead and coordinate M&A initiatives, including due diligence and post-merger integration, aligning with the firm's strategic goals.

  • Manage the firm's insurance requirements and risk management, ensuring comprehensive coverage in all necessary areas.

  • Work with finance Leadership to optimize the firm's financial performance and growth.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to operations, M&A, real estate, insurance, and financial practices.

  • Manage the firm's facilities, including but not limited to office space planning, maintenance, and negotiating leases, and landlord relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in operational management, with a background in CPA or professional services firms.

  • Proven experience with M&A activities and understanding the associated financial, legal, and operational implications.

  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and risk management, particularly as they relate to the professional services industry.

  • Proven track record in managing operations.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-relevant software.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range

Salary: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00
