We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by ensuring smooth communication and processes between various departments and customers.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the sales database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Review customer contracts to ensure completeness of information.
- Resolve contract inaccuracies in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and processes.
- Support the Sales team by helping answer any questions related to their customer accounts.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong follow-up & customer service skills
- CRM software experience, Salesforce is a plus!
- Experience using Microsoft Office products
- High attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve independently
- High level written/verbal communication skills
- Previous Home Improvement industry experience is a plus!

Compensation and Benefits:
- $20-22/hour plus monthly bonus incentive

Schedule:
- Onsite in our Cranford office
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
