That is why we are currently seeking the newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a HE Product Management/GTM Intern located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This role is onsite.

Life's Good, Reinvent Your Future

LG's 2024 Summer Internship Program will be a 9-week internship from June 3rd through August 2nd, 2024.

The internship will be based in office at the LG North America Innovation Campus in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and pay an hourly rate of $23.50.

The LG Internship Program is built on the philosophy of ensuring that each intern is given the opportunity to perform robust and meaningful work while gaining real-world experience.

The program will also include each intern working on an individual strategic project for the department and delivering a presentation at the program's end.

Responsibilities

* Experience Go to Market (GTM) process and help inform what should be done and how to present in the market

* You will be part of an organization with cross function communication with marketing, retail merchandising, supply chain, and account teams

* Opportunity to learn about the latest LG TV technologies with key focus on flagship OLED-series

* Learn about the TV category including product, pricing, assortment by

* Analyze WOS (week of stock) at model and account level and drive increases where applicable via in-store promotions and/or Ad placement recommendations

* Review weekly market share and analyze competitive landscape to generate recommendations focused on gap closure measures (promotions, bundles, other value-adds) to drive increased share

* If time permits, drive holiday-focused drop-in strategy by developing account-based forecasts

Projects

* Projects will focus on increasing OLED sell-in ties

* Review current status account WOS and drive increases where applicable

* Review current promotional plans during key drive times and assurance that forecasts have been entered

* Weekly review of market share reporting to identify gap closure measures to increase market share

* Socialize the 2024 holiday plan inclusive of any drop-in or hero models

Qualifications

* Enrollment in a JD degree program at an accredited College/University and going into their second or third year or Master's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business Management, or Data Analystics

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)

* Passion for competitive analysis and research

* Collaborative and ability to work with others

* Strong communication skills

* Motivated strategic thinker with user-centric approach

* Prior experience in market analysis with ability to forecast and measure outcomes of recommended programs

* An avid learner, seeking and utilizing data to help build understanding and recommendations
