Job Description

Summary:

As a skinbetter science Regional Educator, you will partner with our Aesthetic Business Managers to communicate our brand philosophy to accounts and continue to increase brand awareness through product knowledge, regimen teaching and business development within the field. Your duties will include building relationships with current and potential accounts, and to ensure support of the Aesthetic Business Managers within your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This position is field-based and will require flexibility to travel to markets within the region where necessary (50% - 75% travel, including day trips and overnight stays).
  • Main focus will be educating accounts on products (with demonstrations as needed) on-site, at seminars, as well as web-based interactive learning.
  • Deliver product education to support increased product selection and product line penetration within our accounts.
  • Partner with team of other Regional Educational Specialists to capture relevant goals, strategies and initiatives to ensure consistencies in materials.
  • Partner with Executive Director of Sales and Aesthetic Business Managers to ensure that education programs meet established business objectives. Identify and provide feedback to the team.
  • Polished, committed, responsible presenter.
  • Brand Ambassador with the ability to maintain focus on skinbetter science product education agenda to allow for consistent brand message, compliance with all laws and regulations and commitment to Company's policies and procedures.
  • Perform ongoing assessment of education materials and tools to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Support corporate and regional seminars and events, as needed.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in education position, experience in sales helpful.
  • Current esthetics license is desired.
  • Team player with positive attitude as an influencer to the audience.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & oral).
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Punctuality is a must.
  • Conducts self in an ethical and professional manner.
  • Experience in webinar platform highly recommended.
  • Exudes passion and enthusiasm for the brand and education.
  • Proficient with computers (including Word, PowerPoint and Excel) or similar programs.

Reporting Relationship:

Reports to Education Manager

Location:

This position is supporting three states: Arizona, Oklahoma, and Missouri. The candidate must live within the states and be 30 miles of a major airport.
