Wilson Elser's Madison, NJ office is currently seeking a Defense Litigation Attorney.

The Position

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey
• 7+ years of civil litigation experience
• Experience in trucking, products liability and premises liability preferred
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills
• Legal project management experience is helpful

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
• Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense claims
• Handle court appearances and conduct depositions
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports
