That is why we are currently seeking the newest innovator to join our team as a Sr. Sales Manager with our ThinQ Energy Team. This is a remote position.

This role is responsible for originating new business agreements for the ThinQ Energy Biz Unit, business development and sales activities including contract management with strategic partners for sales pipeline achievement and growth in key channels to include Community Choice Aggregations (CCA's) and Utility marketplaces. This role will be evaluated by annual sales performance of ThinQ Energy solutions, platform & products.

Responsibilities:

Business Development and Pipeline Management

* Develop and drive business/sales strategies and plans to promote and grow overall ThinQ Energy Solution sales and respective Product sales working closely with direct & indirect channel partners.

* Develop and execute Go-To Market strategies with strategic partners, focusing on aggressive D2C sales efforts to build stable sales funnel and identifying future opportunities directly from users.

* Build and execute on strategy to penetrate utility program/project partners by building a new relationship or leveraging existing partners, company's executives/regional sales team and other resources.

* Support strategic account management for partnerships (existing and new), balancing LGEs' interests with partners' business needs and creating constructive relationship at multiple levels.And this relationship needs to be clearly reflected in written contract working with company's legal team and managed in a same way as agreed upon a contract.

* Identify new opportunity areas that includes new sales & GTM partnerships and technology partnerships. And develop business/solution proposal upon utility project RFP.

* Close at least (10) multi-million-dollar transactions within 2024; significant travel may be required.

Experience and Skills:

* Proven ability to understand wider company objectives and translating them to our sales goals.

* Proven experience in managing partnership with internal and 3rd party stakeholders from a wide variety of disciplines creating collaborative environment.

* Proven experience in utilizing data-driven dashboard for sales monitoring & management.

* Experience and knowledge of Home Energy Products (ESS, Solar, Smart Electric Panel, EV charger, Smart Thermostat, HVAC) and Home Energy Management Systems (HEMS), Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS) as well Grid service/programs operated by utilities would be plus.

* Experience in business proposal development upon utility project RFP

* Strong communications skills - written and verbal including presentation skills.

* BS or BA degree in business administration, financing, or engineering
