Kratos Defense & Rocket Support Services is currently seeking an Entry Level Engineer/Scientist to support The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Electromagnetic and Sensor Systems Department (B Department) through their Radar Systems Division B40 support multiple Navy and Marine Corps Radar Systems. B40 provides Sensor Systems expertise across the entire acquisition lifecycle from concept exploration through sustainment of Navy and Marine Corps Radar Systems.
The successful candidate shall provide engineering and technical support services to support NSWCDD at the warfare center, test facilities, Contractor facilities, and in the field. The Entry Level Engineer/Scientist will support radar system design by evaluating system performance and regression test cases. Analyze output data from SPY-6 Real Time Simulations and the real time radar. Develop reports and presentations to document and communicate the results of the analysis. iAssist the Model & Simulation (M&S) lead in maintaining group task list and schedule and supporting team scrum meeting. Assist the M&S lead document and track prime contractor M&S priorities and deliverables. Support the Air Missile Defense Radar (AMDR) and Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar (EASR) Lead System engineers maintain the System Requirement Documents (SRD). Participate as part of the government team supporting SPY-6 integration with the combat systems.
