Position Summary:

In this global role, you will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support our recruiting programs and processes. This role will report to the Manager of Recruiting Operations.

The Recruiting Operations team is responsible for Recruiting Systems and Processes, Recruiting Compliance & Auditing, Vendor & Sourcing Tool Management, Candidate Experience, Employee Referral Program, Mergers & Acquisitions, Metrics & Reporting, Contingent Worker Program and Workforce Planning & Analytics. The team's scope and responsibilities are constantly evolving so the ideal candidate must be flexible, learn quickly and adapt to change.

The Role

  • Assist the Recruiting Operations team with developing comprehensive reporting and analytics for our Recruiting metrics
  • Perform market research analysis and benchmarking studies to develop Recruiting KPI's globally
  • Perform market research analysis and benchmarking studies to propose new systems, tools or vendors that can enhance how we recruit talent and streamline our processes.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

The Candidate

  • Currently enrolled in a College or University
  • Must be an undergraduate student in Human Resources or any other related field required
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (ability to develop comprehensive reporting, analytics and dashboards) is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint (to develop high quality presentations) is required
  • Must have strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong time management skills
  • Must be self-motivated, have strong creativity skills from a presentation perspective, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work full time (40 hours/week) OR part time (20 hours/week). Days and hours for part-time work can be flexible
