Job Summary

The Learning Analyst is responsible for the development of content in educational objects following methodology and pre-defined strategy.

Key activitivies:

  • Develop the content of the trainings
  • Make the analysis of technical information necessary for the development, with the Service Analyst or Supervisor
  • Elaborate the content adapting it to the needs and objectives of each audience / training, according to the past briefing
  • Develop support materials such as: lesson plan, handouts, instructor's manual, learning assessment instruments and test questions
  • Validate your material daily and make adjustments whenever necessary.

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Telecommunications and/or Technology, electronics or related areas.
  • Previous experience or solid knowledge of GPON, IPTV, VoIP technologies.
  • Familiarity with home automation concepts and general telecommunications knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the routines and challenges of face-to-face technical service in the field in order to develop effective educational materials.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications concepts and technologies, including data transmission, communication networks, wireless technologies, telephone systems, among others.
  • Experience with training delivery (instructor-led or classroom) is a plus.
