  • Ability to work independently in his or her assigned area.
  • Requires working in any area within the intermediate cook classification or below and assisting the higher classifications.
  • Displays understanding of basic cooking principles and exhibits those skills.
  • Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of work area in accordance with city and state department codes.
