Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the professional nurse, and within their scope of practice, provides nursing care and performs appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients. This position requires providing services to the following age populations: young adult-older adult, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

Education: Graduate of a state approved School of Practical Nursing AND Experience: 2- 3 years of LPN experience preferred
