THE JOB:

As a Fire Command Officer, you will monitor all life safety and camera systems. Playing a vital role in dispatching information to various departments. Will work closely with outside emergency services.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Monitor all areas of the property, alarm system and CCTV cameras.

  • Will respond in emergency situations

  • Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as property damage, theft, guest or employee accidents, or unusual occurrences

  • Act as a dispatcher to relay information, messages and/or emergencies to or from appropriate personnel using telephones or two-way radios

  • Render appropriate first aid to injured persons and following established protocol for reporting injuries

  • Required to successfully attend and pass all recurring mandatory legal, defensive tactics, first aid, CPR/AED training as a condition of employment

  • Maintain proficiency in the use of all assigned equipment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • One (1) year customer service experience

  • High School diploma or GED

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Previous security and fire command experience

  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting

  • Takes pride in their work
