- Represents the property in developing, marketing, and hosting casino customers
- Receives and reviews complimentary requests from customers, and obtains appropriate approval for complimentary and comp travel
- Greets customers upon arrival and makes sure reservations are in order
- Works independently to identify and develop new markets that increase market share and profitability
- Works with Executive Director of International Marketing to develop local market strategies
- Makes recommendations regarding promotional events which may attract new business
- Collaborates the marketing efforts of the department through the support of property special events
- Acts as a liaison between casino personnel and customers
Other duties as assigned.
