Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The warehouse/forklift operator is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count product. This is a warehouse position responsible for operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, selecting the correct products from warehouse racking, labeling product using label technology, palletizing product as it is selected to build customer orders, and delivering product to and from the dock in a safe and efficient manner. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties.


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of Forklift and Warehouse Operations; Flexibility with schedule to assist in overtime coverage.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED required; minimum of two (2) years Forklift certified experience required in a fast pace warehouse environment; Forklift related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
