The Valley Medical Group is part of the Valley Health System. Valley Medical Group (VMG) is a multispecialty group practice comprised of physicians and advanced practice providers representing more than 50 medical and surgical specialties. Position Summary:
Valley-Mount Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Care is seeking a disease-focused, academically oriented BC/BE Medical Oncologist for its thriving multidisciplinary Breast and Gynecologic Cancer programs. Experienced clinicians as well as graduating fellows are encouraged to apply.
Protected time and funding are available for clinical research. Teaching opportunities will be available in 2024 when Valley opens its Internal Medicine residency, with a Hematology/Oncology fellowship soon to follow. The successful applicant will share in an anticipated 1 in 8 hematology/oncology call schedule; flexible work schedules will be entertained. Position requirement:

  • MD or DO
  • Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New Jersey.
  • Board certified in Medical Oncology in accordance with the Hospital 's Medical Board Rulings regarding Board Certification. Certification in Hematology is desirable.
