Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

* Responsible for effective and efficient scheduling of cashiering and pit clerk personnel.

* Ensures cashiers and pit clerks have up-to-date information regarding internal control procedures, state regulations and customer regulations.

* Coordinates with Security and other related departments to ensure appropriate guest service.

* Assists in the development of training programs.

* Trains all new employees and retrains existing employees.

* Maintains and updates operating manuals and training material for department.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience
*Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures. *Three to five years supervisory experience required. *Previous cashiering experience or related areas preferred. Prior experience in the management of a large staff preferred. (preferred)

Licenses & Certifications
NJ Key License (preferred)
