SALES PLANNER, REVENUE MANAGEMENT & PLANNING¦BET NETWORKS ¦ NEW YORK, NY
JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Planner is the main liaison between the agency and the Account Manager. Planners also work with Sales Assistants and Traffic Coordinator on their accounts to ensure all maintenance with the accounts are in order.
Responsibilities:

Daily tracking and making changes to advertising schedules and inventories, including sell-throughs’, product exclusivities and inventory reserves

Tracks and monitors deliveries of advertising commitments, including stewardship and make-goods

Compiles reports on available inventory and sell-throughs

Develop and revise sales proposals.

Participates in developing sales proposals for advertisers

Participates in the allocation of advertising inventories to specific clients, advertising program and campaigns

Supports problem identification and troubleshooting for assigned sports and networks

Update weekly reports and create ad hoc reports.

Prepare change notices for spots that are missed or changes are requested by the advertiser.
Required:
-
Minimum years of exp 2+-years of sales planning or advertising agency buying/planning experience.

Basic knowledge of the philosophy of sales plans and programs

Has basic knowledge of media metrics, particularly of advertising inventories.

Proficient in MS Office. DealMaker/VCI experience is a plus.
