RGA/Warranty Specialist

Our Maxima Technologies business is adding a Warranty Analyst to their team in Lancaster, PA. Reporting to the Manager of Quality & Manufacturing Engineering, this position will provide support in the areas of RGA returns and warranty adjustments. Responsibillities will include:

• Process, test, analyze warranty returns from customers
• Provide Corrective Action Reports where appropriate (8D, CAR)
• Communicate to the organization/management issues critical to quality.
• Communicate to the customer status of warranty returns.

Required Capabilities:

• Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong customer orientation and work ethic essential
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (MS excel, MS work, MS outlook)
• Experience troubleshooting electronics (with multimeter, function generator etc.)

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree and/or warranty experience for an OEM
• Electronics Technician a plus
• Experience with ISO 9001/TS16949 quality systems preferred
• English/Spanish bi-lingual skills desired
