Our mission is to advise resident veterans and their dependents of benefits earned through honorable active duty in the U.S. Military, and to provide them assistance in the application process, and in addition, to maintain a list of available jobs for veterans seeking employment.

The Burlington County Department of Military and Veterans Services are totally dedicated to our military and veteran community. We work closely with all veteran organizations as well as the military bases to keep them informed of the most current information available from the US Department of Veterans Affairs as well as the New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.

NJ Department of Military and Veterans Affairs is the agency to determine veterans preference for hiring in New Jersey civil service and veterans status for New Jersey civil service pension plans.

WE PROVIDE A LOCAL SERVICE, ELIMINATING THE NEED TO TRAVEL LONG DISTANCES FOR VETERANS’ BENEFITS, PROGRAM INFORMATION, AND ASSISTANCE.

For almost 75 years the CWV together with our Auxiliary have been engaged in actively supporting our nation's military veterans and promoting their welfare. We continue to march on the cultural frontlines defending traditional Americanism against the many other "isms " that seek to undermine and harm our Constitutionally defined Democratic Republic.

The mission of the New York State Department of Labor is to protect workers, assist the unemployed and connect job seekers to jobs. We vigorously enforce state Labor Laws to give businesses that obey the law an even break. We work aggressively to ensure a fair wage for all workers. We protect the safety and health of workers and the public. We help the unemployed via temporary payments (unemployment insurance). We link job seekers with employers. We guide workers to training that will keep New York strong in the world economy.
