THE JOB:

Cage Cashier Supervisor assist in leading the cage team toward successful completion of shift operations including balancing all banks, adherence to all company best practices and all Federal, State, and local gaming regulations.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Train Cage personnel on shift and assist in disciplinary counseling

  • Perform all functions as a Cage Cashier and Cage Banker

  • Maintain paperwork flows regarding credits and debits and verify various types of paid outs (drawing winners, tournament winners)

  • Generates end-of-shift reports

  • Process patron complaints, working toward resolution and guest recovery

  • Thorough understanding of fraud prevention and credit scams

  • Ultimate authority on the shift in the absence of the Cage Shift Supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Two (2) years of related experience in cage cashier

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Experience in large-volume cash handling

  • Experience in Casino Cage / Banking or Finance

  • Experience working in a similar resort setting.

  • General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and money handling

  • Familiarity with Title 31 and understanding of state and federal gaming regulations

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

  • Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail

  • Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills

  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

SCHEDULE:

  • Grave Shift: 1:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Able to work outside primary schedule based on the business needs
