THE JOB:

The Club Host will provide superior guest service to existing and potential guests at property night clubs and entertainment venueswhile generating revenue through effective networking and relationship building. All duties and responsibilities are to be performedin accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts International policies, procedures, and practices.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Practice teamwork and support fellow team members to create an energized, positive work atmosphere

  • Secures names, phone numbers, business cards and email addresses for marketing purposes

  • Books reservations utilizing the company reservation system

  • Controlling the flow of the restaurant through awareness of business needs/volumes, station assignments, breaks, etc

  • Assist with station assignments, rotation planning, and opening/closing/securing the room at shift change or according toestablished hours of operation, etc

  • Ability to multi-task including but not limited to answering the phone, greeting guests, rearranging reservations, etc

  • Elaborates on all aspects of outlet(s) including theme, bottle service procedures, cash handling procedures, and events

THE STARTING PAY:$21.00

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1 Year of prior nightlife, customer service or sales experience

  • Workvariedshifts,toincludeweekendsandholidays
